	Welcome and Introductions by Becky Dills An overview of the implementation of the School LAND Trust Plan was shared. The discussion included the reading and math goals that were set for the school. The discussion also included the budget for Aides and technology. An overview of the implementation of the Teacher and Student Success Plan (TSSA) was shared. The discussion included the budget approved for software, technology, training, aide support, Edtech Coach, and other areas. The following meeting schedule was proposed, discussed, and voting was unanimous in the affirmative: Normally we will meet on Wednesdays from 2-3 pm Next meeting on October 18, 2023 (1:30-2:30) November 29, 2023 Skip December January 24, 2024 February 21, 2024 March if we need to make revisions to the plan April 24, 2024 Action Items - Voting for the Community Council Chairperson was tabled until next month. We adjourned at 5:55 PM Jacci Strain motioned to adjourn the meeting at 5:53 Jahnin Harper 2nd the motion
