*There was a discussion about aides and how they are utilized in the classrooms. We have 1 student success aide. All aides were trained at the beginning of the year in behavior management.*

Jahnin Harper presented on the safety drills our students have participated in. She shared the requirements and expectations involved in conducting our drills
Hold- doors are closed and locked but inside school runs as usual.
Secure- get inside. Lock outside doors.
Lockdown: students in the classroom with doors locked and out of sight.
After every drill, Jahnin, our safety facilitator, reports back to the district.
Jahnin reviewed Acadience math data. She reviewed the increase and the decrease of the data from 2020-2021 and the data from 2021-2022.
This year Jahnin Harper will be working with teachers to help students build up their skills based on what the data is showing.
It was requested by a member to compare Municipal data with district scores. The information will be included on the January agenda and meeting. It was also requested to show the comparison of our school with the state as well.
