December 1, 2021

Municipal Elementary Library 1:15 PM

1. Welcome 

     in Attendance: Kevin Chase, Mary Burrell,  Whitney Greenhalgh, Jacci Strain, Kaylene Robinson, by phone: Kayla Eborn & Hillary Barton

2. Approval of minutes from 10/20/21 meeting, Review of current title one plan and how it fits in with Trustlands plan where to find the plan online.  - Kevin Chase.

3. Follow up on how Remind is being used to keep parents informed... Is it working to have smaller notes go home by teachers not by school. Suggestion by Mary Burrell to get a Smart Board in the Alternative Kindergarten room.

4. Discussion of next year's Trustlands plan and what components might be needed.- Kevin Chase.  

5.  Time for community input.  -no community present

6. Verified next meeting time and date:  January 26, 2019  1:15 PM in Library

7. Motion to end the meeting by Kevin, Seconded by Kaylene . Unanimous vote to end.
