1. In Attendance and approve Nov. minutes: Mike Burton, Michelle Burton, Kaylene Robinson, Dino Workman, Shauntelle Anderson, Julie Wood, Mrs. Haroldsen, Mrs. Greenhalgh, Mr. Fredricksen .  Mr Fredrickson approved minutes, Kaylene Robinson second.
2. Review of the new Trust Lands Plan:  All numbers kept as close as possible to last meeting, reading aide salary had to be increased because of district pay ladder.  Shauntelle read plan.
3. Adjust if needed and approve this plan:  Changed to goal 3-6 to 4-6 for math tutor.  Dino Workman moved to approve changes, Mrs. Haroldsen second.  All in favor to approve as corrected.

Future meetings 4/16/14 plan for 2014 calendar year, discuss timeline revisions from the state, go over prosperity 2020, and schedule future community council meetings.
